Section 8 Housing Programs:
Albuquerque Housing Authority (AHA): The Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program's waiting list is currently closed. The most recent application period was from July 15 to August 15, 2024. As of now, there is no announced date for reopening the waiting list.
Bernalillo County Housing Department: The Section 8 program waiting list was closed on June 23, 2023, and remains closed. There is no information on when it will reopen.
